3 hrs after my first shower on it, I inspected it with a flashlight. Water all around in the square canal like a river, a huge puddle in the middle, still water under the flange. I was sweeping waves of water toward the drain. We installed it properly and let it set for a week. Worst design with ZERO slope that will create mold issues. I want a full refund as it has ruined a very expensive bathroom renovation project.
Sir and water buttons get stuck when trying to g to turn off.
Seat a bit low—-need to have tub pillow until filled with water.
Very pleasant rain shower. Wish the handheld unit held had more pulsating actin.

Easy to assemble, works great. Does take a while to heat up but that is not a problem, just need to plan ahead.
