Some of the parts were damaged. While the outside box was intact some of the items inside were damaged due to poor pre shipment inspection.
I have been using the sauna for a couple of months for about 4 times/week. One of the key issues I was concerned about was the top heat. I told the agent I wanted it to go into the 140's or higher. I was assured (apparently via the manufacturer) that it would heat up to 151, which was acceptable. It has only reached 133 twice as the top heat, and that was after two hours from a cold start. The unit also arrived damaged, but they immediately offered a solution to make it right.
Would rather of had a second end panel instead of the extension end piece so the tub could be a stand-alone on a wall.
We made a mistake and needed to order a different tub. Totally on us. However, their return policy isn’t great. It will cost us $1,000 dollars to return a $2,000 tub package :/ Shipping is quite expensive and so is the restocking fee.
