This model is very popular amongst non-wheelchair users who are seeking effortless slide-in access into the seat. The large 36” L shape outward swing door is made out of a light aluminum frame and a white acrylic cover that elegantly matches the glossy acrylic finish of the tub. The Transfer26 is the perfect solution for anyone in need of a safety tub that offers convenience, comfort, handicapped accessibility, and functionality. Customers consider the L shape door over the U shape door because navigating within the walk-in tub is more comfortable and spacious when the door swings out.
This walk-in tub measures at 26”W x 52”L and has a comfortable 18” wide seat. The Transfer26’s main feature is the door which is made from aluminum L-Shape Outward Swing Door The door is 36” wide, and swings outward from the tub to allow the bathers to comfortably enter and exit the tub. The door’s distinct L-shape and the engineering of the outward swing allows the door to clear a 21” tall toilet and create a wide entry for an easy transition from wheelchair into a smooth acrylic seat. The sleek rubber handle mounted on the inside panel of the door aids in closing the door. The outswing door is equipped with a unique gear and shaft driven, 2-latch door lock system concealed with an acrylic decorative cover. The 2-latch system creates a more secure and watertight door seal, edging out our competition who typically use a single latch/lever system.
The Transfer 26 comes with Ella's unique Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain.
The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has two (2) pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The lever to control the temperature of the water is included on the mounted faucet, as well as a button that can divert the water flow between the mounted faucet and hand shower. It has a fill rate of 16 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.
This model also includes one reversible end panel for left or right corner installation options and one extension panel kit for 60” alcove installations. These panels cover the ends of the tub to give your walk-in tub a completed look. Additional panels can be ordered in the case your tub will be installed to the wall as free standing.

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet. The Transfer26 has 13 strategically placed hydro jets: 7 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, a hydro massage intensity control dial, and a strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging. The in-line water heater is designed to maintain the water temperature at a constant level while bathing for maximum comfort. The ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. This sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance.
The air massage system includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Transfer26 walk-in tub has seventeen (17) strategically placed air jets in order to deliver rejuvenating therapeutic relief. Eleven (11) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional six (6) jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and calves. Additionally, two (2) of the eleven (11) upper jets are bidet jets. Ella’s Air Jet System includes an Auto Purge System. It automatically activates 20 minutes after completing your bath in order to blow out any excess water and bacteria from the air jet lines. Auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent mildew build up.
