Calling it a 4 person hot tub is actually false advertising. We knew it was small but not that small. Well constructed and nice features.

I ordered the Steam shower after looking at several and speaking to Lee on the phone, This was one of the final installs in a total home renovation. When we unpacked the unit we noticed a crack in the base that occurred during shipping. I went on line and got an immediate response from Lee, The following morning after sending a photo to Vita Hydrotherapy I was called and they made arrangements to have a replacement shipped immediately. Many companies marketing over the internet would have responded differently. Price comparison is one thing, service is another, in this case the price was great but the service after an unforeseen issue means more than price. Order here with confidence
