Love this sauna the size is perfect! It was incredibly easy to put together. The cedar is awesome and the sauna heats up very fast, sit back and enjoy!
Great sound system !! You can sing like a star while sweating toxins out. It reaches a high enough temperature; you are guaranteed to sweat. NO harsh smells. I was put together easily and quickly by two people. Well made GREAT GIFT !!!!
I bought an MSPA Carlton in November to set up for my parents for Christmas. When I set it up, 1/2 the water leaked out and 1/3 of the air overnight. I contacted MSPA for help, and they blamed UPS and sent me a new one. When I set up the new one, when the water filled over the intake below the jet, the water started pouring out of the bottom of the hot tub. The second tub was also broken. MSPA had me empty it entirely, take off the bottom panel, and see what was wrong. But guess what? The screw was stripped on the brand new panel! So I had to crack the panel off only to find a elbow cracked in about 20 pieces. Then, they had me take the panel off the first hot tub that was broken to get the elbow from that tub to replace the piece, and that elbow was shattered too! I wanted the tub to work by Christmas, so I bought epoxy from the store to try and mend the elbow as a temporary fix until MSPA could send me the replacement part. They finally did, and I finally got one of the hot tubs working. It was an absolute pain, and embarrassing for the company that they sent two broken hot tubs. You would think that anyone at MSPA would want to make it better. THEY DID NOT. I got so many apology emails - "i'm embarrassed" emails...but absolutely no reimbursement from the company. I NEVER complain about products. I have never written a bad review for a product in my entire life. I am a graduate student. I understand shit happens. But this is insane. I wasted 100's of gallons of my parents water, bought materials to fix it, and spent hours and hours trouble-shooting. I asked MSPA for a refund because of all of the trouble and the fact that the hot tub only works now because I was my own fix-it person. They have not responded to me, and the people at Vital Hydrotherapy say that they keep emailing them with no response. I could not be more frustrated by this entire experience. I would not recommend MSPA to ANYONE. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. It has has been three months since these issues, and I have no resolution.
