Finnmark Designs Cancellation Policy

Because these premium saunas are shipped from overseas and manufactured to meet high demand, timelines can occasionally shift. To protect our customers from indefinite delays, we have a clear policy in place:

• If it ships within 30 days of the target date: If the sauna experiences a minor delay but is available to ship within a month of the projected target (Example: If the target is August 28, then that means anytime before late September), you can still cancel your order if you prefer not to wait, but it will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
• If it is delayed by more than 30 days: If the delay pushes past that one-month window, you are eligible for a 100% full refund with absolutely no fees deducted.
• The Alternative: If at any point in time up to the point of shipping you wish to switch saunas, you have full store credit to choose a different sauna with a 100% price difference refund if the sauna is at a lower cost.
