Bon Pergola Shipping information

Bon Pergola products ship directly from the manufacturer. Lead time ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. For remote locations, it might take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Shipping is FREE except on large accessories totaling less than $3300 (a fee of $500 applies in that case). However, local delivery doesn't include unloading the boxes.

There will be 4 to 6 boxes ranging in weight from 90 to 200 lb.  We recommend 2 to 3 people to handle them.  It might require 2 family members or even hiring a crew to help.

Customers will receive a call for setting a delivery appointment, and should be ready at the appointment to unload.  Deliveries are typically in the morning, and drivers give 30 minutes to an hour notification inside the 3-hour delivery window.
