Easy Returns

Returns: We accept returns on most unused products with original packaging within 25 days of purchase.  You are responsible for the price of shipment (both ways) and up to a 25% restocking fee.  You are responsible to provide tracking to prove it arrives back to the warehouse.

EXCLUSIONS 

Cambridge Plumbing painted bathtubs are not eligible for return.

Ella’s Bubbles bathtubs are not eligible for return if a heated seat has been installed.

Dundalk Leisurecraft and Canadian Timber items are not eligible for return in most cases.

Enlighten Saunas are not eligible for cancellation or return.

Halotherapy Solutions products are not eligible for return.

Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (MRA) and shipping instructions.

Damaged / Mis-shipped Items: We make every effort to send your order packaged properly, correctly, and completely. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be errors or damage. Mis-shipments, damage, or shipping errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may promptly submit a claim to the courier or rectify the problem. We may not be able to help with a problem not reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancelled Orders: We make every effort to process your order promptly. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible and obtain a cancellation number. Your order is not considered "cancelled" until you obtain this cancellation number from us. If your order has already shipped, your order does not qualify for cancellation.  Depending on how far we are into processing your order, there may be a small fee up to 6%.  Enlighten Sauna products not eligible for cancellation.  Ella's Bubbles tubs are not eligible for cancellation once a heated seat is installed.  Cambridge Plumbing painted tubs are not eligible for cancellation once painting is started.

Orders Not Received: Please note that it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected shipping time.
