Delivery and Inspection

Upon arrival of your steam shower, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver before it is signed for. If the package is damaged, please document with photos and contact us immediately for more information. If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or part of the shipment is refused, the manufacturer will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged.

Inspect the package immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier and left curbside or at the end of your driveway.

The freight company will only deliver goods to the curb and are not responsible for moving your items to your porch or up stairs or hills. Ensure that an adult is available to inspect and sign for the delivery. If re-delivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.

Cancellations & Returns

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

You can return Mesa, Athena, and Platinum brand items within 20 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. Clearance items are non-returnable. The item should be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages. Packages shipped back damaged due to poor packaging may result in an additional fee of up to 25%.

The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
