The Amerec AI-36 commercial steam shower generator is engineered for the most demanding commercial health club steam rooms with dimensions up to 1800 cubic feet (CF). The Amerec AI- series includes Two 3/4" NPT steam heads. Required control sold separately.
The AI-36 commercial steam generator has a power rating of 36 kilowatts and can power up to two large steam rooms with dimensions up to 1,800 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
The Amerec AI-36 unit features an ASME-certified pressure vessel for instant steam production, temperature safety system, indicator lights with diagnostics, water level sight glass, low water cut-off with manual reset, and a variety of other features.
The high-efficiency, low-maintenance AI-36 steam shower generator is designed to minimize crucial downtime and service costs. As a member of the AI Series of boilers, the Amerec AI-36 provides years of reliable and hands-off, automated operation. The unit features an all-steel exterior and stainless-steel feet to prevent corrosion.
Amerec AI Series commercial steam boilers are UL and cUL listed and comply with ASME requirements to ensure safety and quality. All AI units are pre-tested and factory-assembled to assure that your generator is working perfectly.
The Amerec AI-36 is available in 208V three-phase (9006-363), 240V three-phase (9006-364), and 480V three-phase (9006-366) configurations.
The AI-36 steam bath generator requires the use of a control for operation. Controls allow facility operators to control steam room functionality such as temperature, bathing duration, and pre-heating. Select the available control with features that best suit your preferences.
We recommend the addition of the available ADI Automatic Drain system with the AI-36 unit. The ADI Automatic Drain System performs daily draining and flushing of the boiler tank to prevent build-up of solids such as scale and sludge.
